This message can appear for several reasons:
- If you are activating your account by entering a Username, you will see this message if you entered the Username incorrectly. Check the instructions you received from your organization regarding your Username.
- If you are activating via a link sent to you by email, the link may have expired. Contact us for a new link.
- The password you entered has special characters not allowed by our system. Check the account activation screen for the list of allowed special characters.
